We are a Web3 company formed under the Series LLC structure in the state of Wyoming. Mission: Build a BESPOKE learning center with robust core curriculum covering emerging technology and life skills Mission Statement: We inspire, excite, educate, & motivate people to support the regeneration of knowledge Vision: in the scope of this year we aim to have 25 core topics, representing 300+ individual courses, with a learner base of 500 students across multiple languages, representative of 3 continents.

Capital needed and how it will be used

Year 1 need is estimated at $500k USD. This will be used to grow our core team, bring on educators to our platform through licensing agreements, provide salaries for other individual contributors, fund our native Web3 build of a decentralized content delivery network.
